Support work is a career here.
Not a gig.
If you've got patience, backbone and a genuine interest in people, we can teach the rest. If you've already got the experience, we'll give you a team worth staying for.
What you get from us.
Paid properly
SCHADS Award pay including penalties and allowances, on time, every time. No creative interpretations.
A real induction
Shadow shifts, clear documentation and a team leader who answers the phone. You're never thrown in cold.
Consistent rosters
We build rosters around real lives, yours and the participants'. Consistency is good support and good employment.
Room to grow
Training, mentoring and genuine progression. Several of our senior people started on the floor.
Values first. Resume second.
Our participants live with invisible disability, so we hire people who look twice, listen properly and don't need a wheelchair in view to take someone seriously. Lived experience of disability, caring or the systems around them is genuinely valued here.
And a promise from our own leadership framework, kept deliberately blunt: overextension is not a business model. We build rosters, roles and backup so that commitment never has to mean burnout.
You'll need (or be willing to get) an NDIS Worker Screening Check, a Working with Children Check, first aid and a driver's licence. Everything else is trainable.
No cover-letter theatre required. Tell us who you are, what you're good at, and why this work. That's it.
