We explain agreed supports and charges before support begins. Contact us for current pricing and an individual service agreement.

These amounts use the national column of the NDIS Pricing Schedule 2026-27, version 1.2, published 22 Jul 2026 and effective 01 Jul 2026. The schedule gives guidance on appropriate and reasonable maximum prices. Your actual supports and agreed charges must be confirmed separately. Proposed changes to an existing service agreement must be discussed and agreed first.

This page provides pricing information. It is not a quote, service agreement or authority to bill.

Live it Up kilometre rate: $1.06 per kilometre for agreed client transport and provider travel. Company effective date: 14 Sep 2026. The rate, chargeable distance and start date for your support must match your agreement and applicable funding conditions. The company date does not itself vary an agreement. Time-based charges are separate.

How to read these amounts

National amounts: this table does not apply remote or very remote loadings. It is a reference, not confirmation that every listed support is available from Live it Up.
Notional claim unit: $1.00 records eligible claim value. It is not a $1 service fee or a per-kilometre travel charge.
Quotable or no set price: confirm the quote, funding and applicable agreement. These labels do not mean unlimited funding.
Shared support: apply the actual support ratio and relevant rules. Standard rates do not establish eligibility for high-intensity or intensive and complex behaviour support pricing.

Core · Assistance with Daily Life Short term accommodation and respite

From 01 Jul 2026, the NDIA separates STA support and accommodation. Quotes need to reflect eligible support actually used, its time and ratio, and the separate STA accommodation item. Food and meals are excluded. STA accommodation and medium term accommodation have different item codes even where amounts match. No STA travel item is listed here because the applicable claim mapping still needs verification.

Fees and charges, explained

These summaries were checked against the PAPL 2025-26 v1.1 still linked from the NDIA pricing page on 16 Sep 2026. They do not replace the current item rules, individual funding or an agreed service schedule. Older PAPL amounts and superseded STA bundles are not used in the table above.

Establishment fee

For eligible personal care or participation supports, an agreement for at least 20 hours monthly over three consecutive months may permit one establishment fee per provider per participant across all plans.

Direct support and support planning

Hours used to deliver support to you in person, for example meetings, support within your home, or support to access the community.

Shadow shifts

Where complex individual needs require a supported introduction, and the participant or family wants this, up to six hours of weekday shadow support per year may be eligible.

Non-face-to-face support

Only completed, eligible work directly supporting you, explained and agreed beforehand, may be charged. Administration, staff training and supervision are excluded.

Provider travel (time)

Eligibility, location, worker payment obligations, shared trips and prior agreement determine charges. Travel time limits vary by location. Therapy travel uses separate pricing, generally 50% of the relevant therapy limit.

Provider travel (non-labour costs) and activity based transport

Eligible vehicle, parking and toll contributions are separately explained and agreed. A notional claim unit does not set the kilometre charge. Staff vehicle reimbursement is separate from your agreed charges.

Cancellations

Agreed terms must match the eligible item and notice period. A charge also depends on the inability to find alternative billable work and relevant worker payment obligations.
